OH MY GOD! IS MY BODY FROM SOME OTHER PLANET? WHY WON'T THIS WORK FOR ME LIKE IT DOES FOR OTHERS!??
I havent' loss ONE OUNCE and have been working out three days a week at Curves and eating around 1600 calories per day. I weight 230! I should have at least dropped some water weight to motivate me. But nothing!
Tried taking pills differentyl (37.5 in am. then eat one hour later; tried breaking it in half and taking half in am and other in pm) and of course I drink lots and lots of water....I eat soy nuts, yogurt, fruit, vegetables for snacks, the whole bit.
I can't take this!
