I see an almost 40 year old woman who looks healthier than ever. I see all the good exercise has done.
If I turn around I still see some "loose" skins on my butt and upper thighs - so I just keep on exercising and don't turn around for the back view unless I'm wearing tight jeans or shorts that put things where they should be!
