Well of course I don't eat the same thing every day, but heres an example
Breakfast: 6oz yoplait fat free yogurt w/ quaker apples and cinnamin oatmeal, or 2 pcs lite toast w/ 2oz egg beaters and slice of Kraft fat free cheese.
Lunch: Salad with light or fat free dressing or other raw veggies. Turkey or tuna on 2pcs lite bread, or a lean pocket, a healthy choice meal.
Dinner: large salad w/ just veggies and fat free or light dressing on the side eaten using the fork method. Healthy choice meal or spaghetti prepared w/ ground turkey and healthy choice sauce, or tacos prepared w/ ground turkey and low fat tortillas, or fajitas w/ grilled turkey.
Snacks: fat free cheese w/ fat free saltines, low fat cottage cheese, fruit, single serving fat free jello-pudding, sugar free jello, 2-point bar from weight watchers, 94% fat free popcorn, diet V8.
