Yes, I have beenon it. ME and my friend at work did it together, she lasted longer than I did. I did it for 9 days STRICT, and I felt great, I actually like the no fruit part cause not eating fruit cleared my skin up!!! Anyway, it does work, at my 9th day I felt great and noticed a difference. We found that as a snack to hold us over the tsp of peanut butter was the best choice. The only thing I don't like about it is that u exclude some good carbs. I gained 10 lbs when I started eating carbs again, so be careful!
