hey there! I know we NEVER think the plateau will happen to US! But it does... I would suggest you start eating something for breakfast since thats the meal that sets your metabolism for the day. Even a shake or one of those meal bars.
Have you been exercising? cardio should work well, but it takes some time.
I have been at my plateau for about 3 months now. Maybe its time to concentrate on inches instead of pounds?
