Fit- Iknow how you feel. I keep geting up and having a bowl of Cocoa Puffs (with skim milk) every night. I know it's not that bad, but I just can't help myself. Is wine really that bad for you? I have never looked. I like a glass or two every couple of weeks myself. I am not a big drinker, but I like wine. It relaxes me soo much. But the way I keep myself in line is by looking at it this way, remember how you used to eat? What would your midnight snack have been a year ago? I know mine would have been ice cream, or worse, candy bars. And I mean bars, as in plural! But now, at least even if you are eating, your eating smarter. Sometimes you just need something extra. I think you are doing wonderful, just don't get discouraged. Keep trying, that's all we can do. I hope you find the strength to resist, and I will be thinking of you. We are so much alike as far as body shape and weight, so we are in this together. P.S- I just wanted to share with you, since I know you will understand this, I looked at my measurement chart last night. I have been keeping it since 1999. My hips measured 52 1/2 inches when I first started, and at my smallest they were a 36 1/2, that is 16 freaking inches! They are now a 42, so I am still 10 whole inches lost! That's amazing. well,thanks for being you, you inspire me. I'll be thinking about you!
