Hey Fit I am not really sure what advice I can give you except that maybe it is the wine that is giving you the munchies. HMMMMM Maybe when you get the urge to eat that sandwich you should just drink a huge glass of water and then go to bed. Or I found that what helps me with my sweet tooth is fat free pudding. I keep a supply in the bottom drawer of my fridge and when I feel the need to eat something sweet I get one. It satisfies the craving and I dont feel guilty. I know you will get past this. You are a very strong and determined woman and you have come so far already. This will pass. I hope I was some kind of help to ya and not just rambling aimlessly. LOL
