hi gang i have been pretty mad at myself
all week
well first i have been having 2 glasses of wine almost every night for a week
now i am eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at 2a in the morning
like a rat stealing crumbs from the kitchen
this chit is really bothering me
i have been working out 5 days a week
and i started back my weight training this week
my appetite has increased again and there are 3 pounds that keep fluctuating
i feel so damn full in the morning when i sneak and eat the sandwiches
please help me
starting weight august of 2007 ,250
cw:185 pounds
goal weight: 150
No longer on phentermine since august of 2007.
