i went to a nutrionalist and she said that peanut butter is a great option to butter. She says to put it on toast instead of butter. Natural also!!! She insistes that u use it on your apple or celary because it is LOADED with protein and when we diet a lot of times we don't get the needed protein! It gives me a lot of energy when I start the morning out with peanut butter toast!
Do not judge another unless you have walked a mile in their shoes!
