Well See I am bad at NOT Eating enough at all I hate breakfast and hardly eat lunch Never have and only eat at Dinner. The Dr said that i was not eating enough cause what I do eat stays with me as FAT beacause I AM STARVING MY BODY??? so for me it works out great but it does have alot of carbs I am looking for some better bars or something that will at least get something in my Body fast and easy lol So any tips??
