On January 6,2004;I plan to start on 30 mg.of Phentermine,and an exercise program.I have about 70-80 pounds to lose if I want to reach my goal weight of 140 pounds.I plan to do at least 20 minutes of cardio(treadmill)every day,and weights every other day.I have read a lot of posts here,and I am amazed at how much and how fast people lose here.I just want an extra push,and some more success stories-any tips are welcome.I look forward to hearing from anyone in the same boat!!!!
