First of all CONGRATULATIONS on the 24lb loss. Dont get discouraged. Continue to do what u have been and it will continue coming off.
As long as u snack less move more drink more and push back from that table a little bit. I promise u YOU CANNOT GO WRONG. Keep up the goodwork. Remember those few lbs add up pretty quick. So they do count. Try not to concentrate too much on the numbers. If u feel great then ITS ALL GOOD. Right?
