Hello everyone. Just thought i would wish everyone a great week end. It is a wonderfull low 80's wk end here in Cleveland. Nice and sunny. I am taking my daughter to our first ball game on Sunday (We got a nice new AA or maybe it is AAA minor league team). Been a long time since i have been to a ball park.

I went for my 4th wiegh ( 5? ) in on Friday. -2 lbs. That is not much but since 5/2 it is -24 lbs. I am happy i am down the 24 and i feel so much better but i feel like i sould have lost more and i am depressed some about it. Mon,Tue,Wed was so hot (90's) and i had ice cream all 2 days.
