Wicca is right! I hadn't even thought about exercise but it makes a lot of sense. Exercise improves the blood flow in your body, increases your oxygen levels, promotes the creation of new and healthy cells etc... etc... I bet it really does help. So I would say: lots of water, exercise, skin firming lotion and probably even extra antioxidants. I know Vit C, A and E are essential for healthy skin.
This is one more reason to exercise and the more reasons the better so I'll take it! Thanx Wicca
