Got sick and tired of being fat @ 296, and started making changes on 7/24/03.
HW - 296 lbs.
CW - 276 lbs.
GW - 130 lbs.
SWOPhen - Haven't gotten it yet
20 lbs. gone and no Phen! YAY!!
