Well, first months weigh-in with my Dr. is over and the results are awesome!!!! I lost 23.9 lbs. I knew I had lost, but I never figured that much, that fast. If anyone is interested I am doing a modified Weight Watchers program: 1000 cal.=20pts per day. I walk M-F for 30 mins and weight lift M/W/F for 30 mins. All I can say is, IT WORKS!!!!!! It has almost been too easy. If your new stick with it!!! God is good, all the time!!!!
