when i did slimfast i lost alot of weight... i did it for breakfast and I had a 2nd job that i went directly to after my 8-5 job so i would drink another one on the drive because i didnt want to eat at 9 pm when i got out. that, and some other changes, was what made me go from 179 to 149 in 3 months... now here is the gross part that is why i will probably never do it again...
it made my poopies hard... it would HURT to go to the bathroom... i eventually got hemroids from it...so if you try it, just be careful..
