Don't do slim fast. It taste good, but it has a ton of sugar and carbs in it. Do the Atkins shakes. They taste wonderful, they are made with splenda and they are less carbs. Sam's club sells them by the case. You get 12 for $17.00. They are pricey, but worth it. Sam's Club is about the cheapest I have seen them. Walmart is the next cheapest at $7.88 for only 4 of them. You can also get it in a powder form, but I like it in the cans much better. I have two cases of slimfast and I am getting ready to throw it out because it's not that good for dieting!
