I do the slimfast thing...have been for the last three months. But I only use it during the morning and lunch cause I tend to forget to eat. Even if some of the flavors are so dang nasty...it is better to with having food than without. Though you already know that. At least they are easy to care in a book bag or a pocket book. Life on the go...what a trip. I do the WW type dinner as well. Though I do occasionally dip over into other things that I am not supposed to. For me the breakfast bars and snack bars are not better at filling you up than a candy bar. At least with the liquid I feel a little more full and not as ansy to eat something else. HOpe you find a flavor that you like....the royal choclate is absolutely gross...as well as banana and I am to scared to do anymore. I tend to drink the Milk Chocolate one...since I can buy it by the case at Sam's Club. Take care
