People are certainly looking for a easy answer aren't they? It really is an input output model. It's calories you eat, vs. calories you burn. That's it.

So, diet and exercise it is forever. At least it can be done when you set your mind to it. Three years ago I thought I was going to be heavy forever, now I know I can do it. HARD WORK is correct!
