7 lbs in a months is great!! realistically you should only lose about 2 lbs a week-- so your right on target! Just think of it this way and it might put it in prospective... You didn't gain it all over nite... your not gonna LOSE it all overnite!
Just stick with it! now--if ya take that 7 lbs and multiply it out-- in 6 months that would be 42 lbs of fat gone!! Now---over a year--thats 84 lbs!!!!
