I think Geela's got the answer. Be sure to extend your workout & include a cool-down period.
fyi, my heart rate hits 130bpm as well but my "recommended" max hr is ab 32 beats per 10 sec's. As long as I don't exceed my rec'd-max, I don't worry too much ab it but I definately need a cool-down or I get dizzy too.
