well in my opinion after excerise you have to keep moving to cool down just don't stop and sit. when i am excerising and if i stop fast then i will get dizzie and feel like i am going to pass out. keep your head up and walk slowly.. i hope this helps. keep moving and keep loosen. god bless.. good luck... keep us posted.
