Sometimes you will notice more weight loss in inches than in lbs. But everyone is right, 2 lbs is great and reasonable. If you want to lose more, make sure you are watching what you are eating, drink plenty of water, and exercise. The more you exercise, the more you can eat! I started Dec 6 and have lost 15 lbs, but I can really tell! I work out everyday and feel good because I know I am doing it the right way! Good job! Every lb couts!
