I know exactly what you mean! I had a few outfits that I ALWAYS wore and drawers full of shorts that didn't fit and Tops that don't look good cause they pulled accross the bust or showed off that roll around the middle.
About a year ago I cleaned house and started exercising. I still haven't made it back into all those "Cute-little" outfits YET but I will by summer. I look better now without the cloths from exercising but I still can't get it all off and I'm still in basicly the same size...just more toned. So I got on the phen and it really helps me w/portion and appetite control to give me that boost I needed.
Best of luck to you! I know you can do it...just don't give up...what ever you do.
Also, if you exercise you might want to measure yourself as well as weigh-in. Cause even w/the phen you'll be adding muscle which weighs more so you may plataue (sp?) on the scales but still be losing inches. Measureing helps me keep from getting frustrated when this happens
