Hi everyone. I've been reading through all of the topics, and have learned so much. I just started this week. Have 20 pounds to lose. I'm quite short, so the extra weight was making me sore and miserable. Honestly, I don't think that a doctor in the states would have prescribed phen for me. But I am obsessed with eating. So, I am going to give it a go! I just moved to london, and the stress really got to me and I put on more weight.
I'm enjoying the little high it gives me, and the energy to do things. I was really tired today, but I worked out and ate healthy, no excuses! And, stayed away from the chocolate. For the first time ever, I feel like I should be eating for fuel, and not because of my emotions. I'm tired of people saying that I would be pretty if I only dropped the weight. But I am doing this for me, and to start a healthier lifestyle.
