I don't know if this'll help or not but if you go to page 14 of the phentermine posts, about 4 down or so is one called "Phentermine and Topomax-double wammy" It may or may not give you a little idea? Like I said, I don't know if it'll help, but I replied back then, so it kinda rung a bell.
