well HELLO THERE! I am not sure really what if any advice to give you, so instead I will just offer my support and tell you that YOU CAN DO THIS! Maybe switch up your routine a little bit...try not eating after 6pm, or limiting your carb intake...or less sugar, or MORE WATER, or whatever..just try and switch things up and see what happens. May I ask what you are doing now? Just curious...
