I must have some pull here at the forum you got in!I am so happy .....Now about your weight issue...You can do this...drink your water,I mean carry it around your neck if you have to..This is the key....During your lunch break walk even if its 30 min every little bit helps...Make short goals for your self. Like lose 2 pounds this week,and the next week three.Its better making those goals instead of the big ones.before you know it by the end of April you are twenty pounds lighter..As Bob the builder says
