IT WILL SLLLOOOOWWW ALOT for some
my first month i lost 15 but when i went to the doctor i was on the monthly mother nature deal (TOM) so really i lost 20
BUT i went to weigh in on the second moth of it an i only lost 7
a little discouraging YES but i KNEW it was going to slow down
