I suffer from panic attacks, but surprisingly I haven't had one while on the Phen yet. If you want to send me a PM I can tell you more about it and you can find out if this is really what you are experiencing. The Phen speeds up your heartrate which can cause anxiety in some people. If you are drinking any kind of caffiene during the day, stop. At least until you get your panic under control.
