I TOTALLY understand that the eating and exercise habits are what need to change to keep the weight off, etc. etc.
However....what happens when you stop then phen? You guys probably think I am a psycho-over-worrier (I am!

) for asking and it's only my 2nd week, but I am just curious if when it's all said and done you have to "wean" yourself, or does your energy crash and you feel horrible, or....?
