Have you tried just walking? I hate exercise, too. However i have been doing a lot now and have stuck with it. I have several excellent exercise video's that i alternate (include cardio, strength, weights and abs) and i speed walk on the treadmill or somewhere in addition to that everyday. I end up exercising twice a day for a total of about an hour. I feel bad when i don't do it and it is a priority for me everyday. I started just walking a mile a day, but i was walking very fast and swinging my arms. Get a walkman and it will help keep you going. Try that for a while. Along with a good diet and lots of water i guarantee you'll see results. I think your plan sounds great. But 45 minutes that early may be harder to stick to if you have that hard of a time sticking to anything. I am certainly not here to discourage you though. I think if you can do that it will be great for you! Just wanted to give you another alternative from a previous exercise hater!
