After reading these posts for the past month or two my wife and I decided to start on Phen together. It's nice to have this forum for support, because the kind words really DO HELP. Now I have extra support with my wife doing it right along-side of me. I am so proud of her,because she has been doing so good with her diet plan, even though things havent always been easy. I was already dieting before Phen and lost about 11 pounds in 3 weeks. I have since lost another 5 after my first full week on Phen. My wife has also lost 16 pounds. Please keep up the kind words of encouragement because people really do benefit. Half of Phen's success comes from the support of it's members. Everyone...Take a bow, you've earned it!
