I've been using fitday for a couple of days now and that's how I knew my carbs were too high. I just don't know where to go from here. How do I lower them? I have no idea if what I'm eating has lots of carbs in it or not.


Started dieting 02/02 weight: 206
Started phen 04/06/02 weight: 194
Current weight: 186
Goal weight: 135
