Thank you so much for your advice. I know I'm just a little impatient B&*%h... All I can do is do the right things, and if it was meant to come off then so be it and if not, guess it's black leggings and turtlenecks for life I will try the low carb diet. I do try to stay away from the starchy carbs. Pasta Bread and cheese (god all my favorites) and mostly eat veggies and those egg whites those are dieters best friends. Thanks again all advice WELCOME!!!
