I just wanted to share my results with you. I thought it might help you both to know that there is someone out here who is actually losing A LOT slower than you are. Although losing nontheless...
I have done it all.
****So much water...
....I have been thinking about investing in some adult diapers just to save me a few trips to the bathroom! And you wouldn't believe the amazing inventions I have come up with for being able to go pee while still sitting in your car in the middle of rush-hour traffic...I think I am on to something!...
****So much exercise...
....I am considering opening my own gym so that I can start getting paid to exercise...you know, make a living out of it!
I mean, I have more energy invested there than anyone EVER puts into their job!!!...
****So aware of my caloric intake...
....I am kicking around the idea of having the "Nutritional Facts" label for all of my favorite foods, tatooed on some visible part of my body so that I can quit carrying around this dumb calorie counter workbook/chart thingy. That way I can just look down at my arm and have the "stats" right there...
Seriously. It is rediculous! I have been on Phen for 9 WEEKS!!! I went to the doctor one week ago today and I have lost a whopping...
....drum roll please....
...12 pounds????!!!!???!!??!!!!
Ok, I am not trying to make you feel bad for posting your frustration. Really. I mean, that's one of the reasons that this forum exists in the first place, and I have certainly submitted my share of frustrated posts.
On the contrary, I guess I just felt like maybe if I told you about the ...S...L....O....W... progress that I have been experiencing, it would make you reconsider your success. And success it is!!!
You should be sooo proud of your accomplishments! I KNOW it is NOT EASY!!!!
