EEK!! Sorry I meant pink clothing and home decor!!

Brunch:
2 eggs
3 sausages
shredded cheddar
1 tbsp butter

early dinner:
1 sausage (large)
1/2 chicken breast
stuffed with spinach, ham & cheese
5 asparagus spears
4 small shrimp
1 cup of decaf tea

& water (only about 100 ounces )

Est carb count = 17 minus 2 fiber = 15 total carbs
