I am not trying to lose wght. exactly, just trying to work on the body fat % vs. lean body mass. What ever follows,will follow.
The health calculater (on another web site)said my range for weight could be 98lb-123lbs.
HINT: I am as tall as some of my 10 yr. old's friends. (still taller than my 10 yr old for now)
