Here it is, yesterdays menu:

Sausage patty, 1 egg.

Taco salad (ground meat, shredded cheese, sour cream, 1/4 of an avacodo and 1/2 cup shredded lettuce.

Fish fillet with homemade tartar sauce, sauteed snow peas with butter.

slim jims! MMMMM

Thin slice of tomato with a sprinkle of cheese and spices melted on top.

1 gallon of water, 2 cups of coffee (regular and decaf mixed equal parts) I'm slowly cutting down!
1 diet rite made with splenda, no caffiene or sodium.
