I went to the doctor this mourning and her scales weighed two pounds heavier than mine boy did that burst my bubble! Oh well that just has made me more head strong than ever. Just do not worry about those big time weight losers I mean that is good for them but if we lose it slow that is ok too. Try to look at it as if you lose it slow the chances of it coming back are small, so don't worry about it a pound lost is a pound closer to your goal! YOU CAN DO IT!
