Hey guys I gotta go to work now...but I'll answer as many questions as I can for now. First of all, I exercised 2-3 times a week in the beginning. and the within the last 2 weeks I've done little to no exercise at all. I have been watching what I eat, not eating after 6pm snacking on raw carrots and other fruits. Oh and the exercise that I've been doing is walking mixed with a little bit of a jog whenever I could. Also I drank lots and lots of water too. I hope this is good enough for now. I'll be back either when I get off work or tomorrow if you guys want to know more.. Loves Ya!
