Hi All!
I've been on PhenD since May 2nd and have dropped from 190lbs. to 146lbs. so far (goal 125lbs). I'm also doing the 500 calorie a day plan with the B12/Chromium and B6 shots every week. I am amazed how great this diet is working with little pain!
I slacked off a little on the carbs and alcohol last week while on vacation, but still only gained a pound back. It's been a little tough getting back on track, but it's so worth it!
