Hello Arnsgirl,

I started taking the pills in February, I went from a size 247 1/2 to 198 last time i checked about 2 weeks ago. It is amazing being able to put on a size 16 instead of a 26. I feel so much more confident and feel that i look great. My goal weight is different than my dr said i could lose... She is saying I can go to a 138, but I am stopping at about 175, I do not want all the wrinkles and stretch marks showing if I go lower. I haev tried many diets and THIS IS IT! I know it is not for everyone but hae it DID WORK FOR ME!
