I am on Phen only I have never heard of HCG shots before . The Phen is working out real nice for me but I am definitely going to find out what this HCG is all about . I wouldn't recomnmend taking it until you have found out the details of it for some reason even though I've never heard of it that name is sticking in my head like a piece of gum in my hair so send me a PM if you want to know what I found out or just to have some support .You can do this .This site is a wonderful site for support & the EP site is great too well I am going to go for now but now I've been on Phen long enough to know its effects although everyone doesn't experience the same symptoms.
