I've only been on Phen for about two weeks so I am still new but here is what I have learned. Yes, it's normal to not be hungry at all. That's what Phen is supposed to do for you besides give you that extra kick of energy. Even though you're not hungry, you still have to eat something. What I do is have 6 small meals a day.
Breakfast - yogurt and granola bar
snack - grapes
lunch - smart ones or healthy choice soup
snack - 100 calorie pack
dinner - varies - something high in protien and low in fat/calories.

You'll find what works for you after about a week or two. You'll get into a routine and that is the key.
