I go to Dr weldon and it is working for me so far
6/20 191 Starting weight
7/23 169 10%goal met 22 pounds lost
8/20 160 (rock on!) 30 lbs gone 30 to go
took a really long break
7/16/08 168 a year later starting again.....
8/1/08 164
