Like she said Phen is just an appetite suppressant. With our diet plan you have to start the first three days in Ketosis so for people like me to wake up my metabolism. after that nothing but protein for the three days. then add vegs day 4 and fruits after two weeks but we take a fat burner 2 pills lunch and evening and with exercise you will lose it.
