I started taking phen 37.5 two days ago and my scale says I lost 4 pounds is that possible or do I need to go by a new scale. (this scale is only 3 days old). I think I have drank more water and let out more fluid then I have in a year. My husband joked saying that it's not the phen thats going to make me lose weight but yet the 100 times I run up and down the stairs to use the bathroom LOL!
