Phen is just the drug to make your appetite more reasonable. Any weight loss would be from what you put in your mouth and exercise combined.

Don't get discouraged... write down everything you eat and total up the calories.. Is it on track with about 1000-1200 per day? If so, you should lose about 1-2lbs per week. How active are you? Write down all activity, intensity and duration and I think you will find the missing piece.

Don't give up... it's a long journey to lose and all of us lose at different rates and time...
